A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 22, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic laws (unlicensed driving) in the support of the Chungcheong District Court on February 22, 2013 and for the same year.
