1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 139,38,540 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 2, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff’s failure to pay the unpaid amount of KRW 139,388,540, from around August 2015 to the Defendant from around 2015, can be recognized by the respective statements in Gap evidence 1-1 to 19, and evidence 2-2.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 139,38,540 won payable to the plaintiff and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from July 2, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the payment order in this case. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
