Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a business owner operating a game room that provides spawers, Baduks, and high-saw online games with the trade name of “CPC room” in Bupyeong-si B.

1. A person who intends to produce or distribute a game product for the purpose of distributing or providing for the use of a game product shall receive a rating from the Game Water Management Committee on the contents of the game product before producing or distributing the game product concerned, and shall not provide such game product for distribution or use, or display or store, for such purpose, contents different from those of the rating, before he/she produces or distributes the game product concerned;

2. No person who violates the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry shall arrange for the exchange or exchange of intangible results obtained through the use of game water or engage in the business of buying them again;
