A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The seized MMA caps 10 10 g (3.21g) and 19 g (6.6g) in MMA caps.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

The Defendant and C: (a) in Canada, imported lsD and MMA (i.e., a psychotropic drug “exporcation”; hereinafter “exporcation”) from the Defendant as Korea; (b) the Defendant sold ls or XP to the purchaser at the location and conspired to deposit the price into the account designated by C, if C, by black the purchaser through SNS and informing the Defendant of the location of the buyer on the day.

1. On February 25, 2019, around 04:05, the Defendant: (a) concealed lsd 480 LSD, which was dried from Canada’s international air port in Canada, in the Defendant’s glock; (b) concealed approximately 28g of powder 28g in the form of powder contained in vinyl glock on the Defendant’s growth floor; (c) boarded on D aviation at around 16:20, the Defendant passed the customs search unit by arriving at the Incheon mid-gu Airport 272 at the Incheon International Airport.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with C, imported lsD 480 psychotropic drugs, and imported approximately approximately 28g x posters.

2. On February 27, 2019, around 18:54, 2019, the Defendant purchased lsD and X-how: (a) around 18:54, from the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu, LSD 2 and X-how 56; (b) around 2.8 million won in cash from F, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, sold lsD and X-mail 7 times from March 19, 2019; and (c) attempted to sell EXM once EXM.

Accordingly, in collusion with C, the Defendant traded lsD 27 and X-gu 108 psychotropic drugs, and attempted to sell and sell EXP 10.

3. From March 19, 2019, around 15:10 on March 19, 2019, the Defendant, holding lsD and X posters, kept approximately 20g of lsD 431, EXP 19, and EXP 20g in the form of powder.
