Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who worked as a branch of Seoul Automobile Maintenance and Improvement Project Association C from May 17, 2012 to February 2014.
1. Terrorism: (a) the Defendant, at the K Center office of Defendant’s operation in Seoul on December 2, 2013, under dispute over the reorganization of the victim D, the C branch of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Automobile Maintenance and Improvement Project Association, and the above sub-branch; and (b) the Defendant, at the K Center office of the Defendant’s operation in Seoul on December 2, 2013, sent to the victim the documents stating that “I will use the relationship between the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Transport, and receive the amount of taxes from several thousands of salary, and the branch president and executive officers will not pay the amount of taxes in the form of a printing bonus, and use the amount of millions of money, such as the search hall, for which I would like to have the number of millions of money, and that “I will receive the amount of money from the National Tax Service and several other persons who would have not paid taxes in the form of the name of a printing bonus and send the documents to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Minister to the Commissioner of the National Tax Service.”
2. Defamation;
A. On January 15, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime of January 15, 2014, at the office of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Automobile Maintenance and Improvement Project Association (SeoulF 2nd) branch office, and ① the above branch office embezzled public funds, ② one of the members who attended the workshop in 2012 and used 5-60,000 won. ③ The chief site president of the said branch office showed that the head of the said branch office was going to go to his dependants in 2013, and ④ the 2.370,000 won head of the branch office and the former branch president produced the key of the branch office without the discussion of the operational progress and the former branch office president, and ⑤ the branch president considered that he/she had the key of the branch office in his/her own the sub-branch office in his/her possession on April 25, 2012, but was actually partly withdrawn from the membership fees, in addition to the membership fees.
