Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are directors of the Gangnam-gu G reconstruction Project Association's members.

On June 28, 2011, the Defendants decided that “A victim H, who is a new president of an association appointed as the acting president of the association, is practically not a partner, and thus is unable to perform the duties of the president of the association, and is using public funds of the association at will while exercising the authority of the president of the association, and should prevent them from using public funds of the association at will, and request I to change the seal impression of the president of the association. However, I resigned from the president of the association on April 18, 2010, and then was appointed as the president of the H by a resolution of the board of directors, and therefore I did not have the president of the association.

Nevertheless, the Defendants intended to change the seal impression of the former head of the association, using the one in which I is still registered as the head of the association, and then to change the seal impression and the password of the account in the name of the association.

A and C returned to the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gangnam-gu registry office as of June 28, 201. At this point, I written I in the trade column of the land for the report of seal imprint and personal seal imprint, and I written I, K, and reporter column of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J building 501 and I, in the column of the principal office, in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in the form of G reconstruction and rearrangement project association and the head office, and then written I, in the column of the reporter seal imprint, in the form of an individual seal imprint, I affixed I’s seal imprint on the seal imprint column, and then delivered I’s personal seal imprint report to the employee of the registry office in charge of the above fact as if the written personal seal imprint report was duly formed.

A around July 26, 2011, around the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, drafted a power of attorney in the name of the president of the association, using the seal impression of the president of the association whose I changed as above, and signed a letter of attorney in the delegating column, stating I as the representative of the G Reconstruction Project Association, and affixed I’s seal impression on the next side.
