The accused shall disclose the summary of the judgment of innocence.

1. The Defendant, who was in office as a director of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Housing Reconstruction Project Association (hereinafter referred to as the “instant association”) and was in office as a director of the said Association around April 18, 2010, and around June 24, 2010, the Defendant was appointed and in office as an acting director of the president of the Association; and the Defendant, even though he did not have the qualifications for acting as the president of the Association, requested a review of trafficity of the rearrangement plan of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government under the title “request for the designation of the rearrangement zone” in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ftel G, i.e., the Defendant’s request for a review of trafficity of the rearrangement plan of the Association. In the future, the Defendant prepared a document stating that all the duties of the Association are effective for consultation with the director who is a legitimate acting director of the Association, and then prepared an application form for reconstruction and re-building under the bottom of the document stating that “A is no more than 10, 2010 members of the Association.”

2. The D, which was the president of the instant association, resigns on April 19, 2010.
