1. The Defendant shall jointly and severally with C to the Plaintiff KRW 1,700,000,000 and the Plaintiff shall be jointly and severally with C from June 26, 2016 to November 2017.

The plaintiff asserted as the cause of the claim of this case as shown in the attached form of the claim of this case, and as the defendant does not dispute this, it is deemed that the defendant led to the confession of the fact that the plaintiff's claim of this case is a cause of claim.

Therefore, the Defendant is jointly and severally liable with C to pay the Plaintiff the agreed amount of KRW 1,700,000,000, and the damages for delay by 10% per annum from June 26, 2016 to November 20, 2017, on the record that the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case, is clear from June 26, 2016, and the damages for delay by 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim in this case is with merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
