1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 319,00,000 and the interest rate thereon from June 1, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement No. 1 of evidence No. 1 (the Defendant submitted only a formal written objection against the payment order of this court, and did not submit a specific written response, and did not appear on the date of pleading), the Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) subcontracted to the Plaintiff the steel framed Corporation among the construction works of Ansan Factory Corporation Co., Ltd., and the Defendant Co., Ltd. on March 3, 2017 between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff on March 3, 2017, paid KRW 319,000,000 out of the subcontract price to the Plaintiff until May 31, 2017, the unpaid amount shall be paid by 15% per annum from the date following the due date to the date of full payment, and on the same day, the Defendant B provided joint and several surety with the Plaintiff

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff the above agreed amount of KRW 319,00,000 and damages for delay with the rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 1, 2017 to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is justified, and all of them are accepted, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
