The sentence of sentence shall be suspended for the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall construct buildings, change the use of buildings, install structures, change the form and quality of land, fell bamboo and trees, divide land, stockpile articles, etc. without obtaining permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu in a development restriction zone or in violation of details of permission;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from March 22, 201 to December 2, 2012, installed in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, a development-restricted zone, the land form and quality of land in violation of the terms and conditions of permission by installing survey districts and natural stone so that the permitted area may exceed 194 square meters, and constructed a building without obtaining permission for 97 square meters per a urnment, which is a building.

2. On January 23, 2014, the permission for changing the form and quality of land was revoked by the Mayor of Incheon Metropolitan City on the ground that the Defendant committed an act identical to that described in paragraph (1). On January 24, 2014, the Defendant was ordered by the Incheon Metropolitan City Mayor’s office to take measures for restoring to the original state by February 28, 2014, and did not comply with the above corrective order until June 2014, even if the Defendant was urged to perform the said measures four times in total from that time on four occasions until April 8, 2014.
