The sentence against the accused shall be three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person shall not construct a building, change the purpose of use, install a structure, change the form and quality of land, cut bamboo and trees, divide land, and stockpile goods without permission from the competent authority, and if he/she is ordered to take corrective measures from the competent authority to restore goods to the original state, he/she shall not perform such measures. However, if he/she is ordered to take such measures, he/she shall not build one stable (L=20m, B=7.3m) by changing the form and quality of two lots, such as Nam-gu, Gwangju (L=20m, B=7.3m) without permission from the competent authority, and even if he/she was ordered to take corrective measures from the competent authority on three occasions from August 12, 2014 to September 29, 2014, the Defendant did not implement such measures.
