A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Meteptop clopule (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) and marijuana, which is a local mental medicine, as follows:

1. On March 10, 2018, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.14g of oponon from a female influenite’s name-free, in a club around the E club located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, to purchase and sell 300,000,000 in cash for the hemp and approximately 0.5g of opononon from a female influenite’s name-free, in a single-time guest room near the E club located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On March 10, 2018, at around 06:00, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.035g of philophonephones (b) in a single-use injection season, in which women who have met at a club near the E club located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (c) 0.035g of philophonephones (b) in a single-use injection season; and (d) injected them with raw water, and administered them by means of injecting them into the flaps.

B. On April 6, 2018, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07gh (one column for a disposable injection machine) purchased at the residence of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F 301 G, as set out in paragraph 1, by inserting the philophone into a single-use injection machine and dilutioning it with the growth of the water, and then administering the philophone in the form of injection into the drum of sphograph.

3. Smoking marijuana;

A. At around 06:00 on March 10, 2018, the Defendant smoked in a way that a woman in the name of the club was in possession of at the club near the E club located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in an influence, or in an influent guest room, by inserting the fluence of the hemp in the pipe of tobacco.

B. On April 6, 2018, the Defendant removed the tobacco smoke of one cigarette at the domicile of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F 301 G at the same time, collected approximately 0.5g of the hemp plants purchased as specified in paragraph 1 on the spot, and smoked in the way of smoking by attaching a rab to the rab.
