Punishment of the crime
【The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the Busan District Court on April 2, 2002; one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court on December 8, 2003; one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court on March 25, 2005; and three years of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Changwon District Court on July 25, 2007; and on March 29, 2010, with prison labor for the same crime on March 29, 2010.
[Criminal Facts]
1. The Defendant habitually stolen the victims’ property two times habitually as follows.
A. On July 5, 2012, around 08:45, the Defendant prepared the opening of the Library by the Victim E from the third floor of the D University Library located in Daegu, the Defendant carried out the preparation of the Library by the victim E., with a female room equivalent to KRW 30,000,00 in the market price of the victim, who was on the guidance stringk, and with a half of KRW 20,000,00 in the market price of KRW 180,000 in the market price, KRW 1,000 in the market price, KRW 1,000,000 in the market price, and cosmetics and cosmetics, one credit card, driving license, one driver’s license, one car, one KB physical card, two student identification cards, one copy in the Daegu Bank C, and one cash, KRW 1,000 in the cash, cell phone charging, one mobile phone charging, ring, and mountain.
B. Even if the defendant purchases two digital cameras, he seems to pay the price in the absence of the intention or ability to pay it.
