A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 24, 2014, around 18:50 on July 24, 2014, the Defendant, at around 18:50, carried out one credit card of the new bank owned by the victim E, who was the victim in shopping car by neglecting the attention of the victim E in front of the pet animals of D located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with one credit card of the National Bank, one head of the national bank, one resident registration certificate, one welfare card, one welfare card, one of the market price of 1,000,000 won, one of the galthular phones 2 cellular phone, etc.

On August 21, 2014, at around 20:10, the Defendant, at around 20:10, carried one of the three credit cards, including three new credit cards, and three new credit cards, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 250,00,000, in cash owned by the victim F, which is located in shopping car, due to a gap in which the victim F neglected due care, was located in the vicinity of the mate specified in paragraph (1).

At around August 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 20:20, around 200, around Mat’s sales store, the Defendant 4,000 won in cash owned by the victim G, 10,000 won in cash; (b) 2, 100,000 won cashier’s checks issued by the Chinese People’s Bank; (c) 1 copy of the Chinese People’s Bank issued by the Chinese People’s Bank; (d) 1,000 U.S. bank issued by the Japanese Bank; and (d) 2 USD 1,000,000 issued by the US Central Bank issued by the US Central Bank; and (e) 1,00,000 won in cash owned by the victim G; and (e) 3,00,000 won in new cards.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.
