A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

Nos. 1 through 3 of the evidence seized by the defendant shall be confiscated, and 8,272 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant appears to be a clerical error in the indictment on May 31, 2013, “ May 31, 2012” as stated in the indictment on May 31, 2013.

On September 26, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 from E to the Saemaul Treasury account in the name of the Defendant for the purchase price of philopon, and concealed a philopon under the G neighboring emergency telephone operator located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu, Daegu, around 21:00 on the same day, and had E receive it, and trading philopon by having E receive it.

On October 2, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 400,000 from E to the foregoing Saemaul Treasury account as the price for the purchase and sale of phiphones, concealed a quantity of phiphones under the public telephone operator near the I subway Station located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, in around 22:30 on the same day, and traded phiphones by having E receive it.

On November 9, 2015, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.03g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water in the Defendant’s arms at the residence of K in Daegu-gu J around 2015.
