1. All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Purport of claim

around 36,200,000 won and 2,000,000 won in common to the Plaintiff.

J. From November 9, 2014, from November 12, 2014, from November 12, 2014, from 13,200,000 won to December 15, 2014, 5% per annum for each of the instant complaint from December 15, 2014 to the date of final delivery of each of the instant complaint, and 15% per annum for each of the following day to the date of full payment.

Preliminary, Defendant B’s housing association shall pay to the Plaintiff 36,200,000 won and 2,000,000 won among them, 12, 200,000 won from November 9, 2014; 21,000,000 won from November 12, 2014; 13,200,00 won from December 15, 2014 to the delivery date of a copy of each complaint of this case; 6% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment; and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.

2. Purport of appeal

The judgment of the first instance is revoked. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
