Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest 8173"
1. At around 14:20 on October 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a door for a vehicle using the victim C’s Dooldo that was parked at the third floor parking lot of the building B in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (b) cut off the vehicle by holding a door for a vehicle using the victim C’s Dooldo that was parked at that place, and having a total of KRW 9,000, total of KRW 1,000, KRW 4,000, which was the victim’s possession located at the storage space between the driver’s seat and the steering seat of the said vehicle.
2. At around 14:40 on the same day as Paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a car using the victim E’s F E’s vehicle door, which was parked at the above 2nd floor parking lot; and (b) cut off with a total of KRW 80,000 won, 1,10,000, which was the victim’s possession of the above 50,000 won, which was placed at the storage space between the vehicle’s seat and the front seat.
On November 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30 on November 29, 2014, the fourth floor parking lot of the building B in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul; (b) opened a door for a car and opened a door for a car by using the victim G’s HE car that was parked therein, and stolen it by holding KRW 27,00,000, cash owned by the victim at the home of the victim.
