1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiffs are the parties 1) The plaintiff Kimpo-si apartment I (hereinafter "the apartment of this case").

The block, Dong, lake, and lake of each apartment unit sold by the plaintiffs as the buyer or the buyer of the right to sell from the buyer is attached Form 1;

[2] Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) is an executor of the instant apartment J, K, L block (excluding M block, J block (N), K block (O), and L block (Gimpo City P)). Defendant B is an executor of the instant apartment block (201, 203, 204, 207, 207, 208, and 210 units). Defendant B is an executor of the instant apartment block (O in Gimpo City).

(B) The apartment of this case is the construction work of the apartment of this case. (B) Defendant A and B obtained the approval of the housing construction project plan of the apartment of this case from the Kimpo market on September 10, 2007, and submitted the report of the commencement of the apartment of this case to Kimpo on October 26, 2007, and began the construction of the apartment of this case from October 31, 2007.

On November 2007, the above defendants set up a model house of the apartment of this case, and made a public announcement of the apartment of this case on November 16, 2007.

2) From around that time, the Plaintiffs concluded a sales contract for the instant apartment with Defendant A or Defendant B, the executor of the relevant apartment (hereinafter “each of the instant sales contracts”) (the aforementioned sales contracts concluded as above).
