Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was subject to a disposition to suspend the driver’s license of a motor vehicle for December 9, 2016 to January 50, 2017, as a person who drives a Lone Star Motor Vehicle and was in violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) that occurred on October 30, 2016.

On January 19, 2017, at around 11:30, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 3 km from the front of the head of the Suwon-si Do to the 2001 Dollle Do, Suwon-si, in the state of the suspension of the driver’s license issued by the Commissioner of the Local Police Agency.
