On March 12, 2016, at around 23:10 on March 12, 2016, the Defendant driven a B knife vehicle in the section of approximately 2 km from the front of the Sak field of Sejong-dong, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si to the front of the road of the same Gu, without a driver's license.
