A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) boarded on the B bus operated from the Seoul New Village to the dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-

On March 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) boarded on the E bus operated from Goyang-gu to Goyang-gu Goyang-gu in Goyang-gu to Goyang-si; (b) reported that the victim F (a 30-year-old) seated in the said bus is mixed; (c) seated in the victim’s side seat; and (d) made the Defendant knee knee knee knee kne kne knee kne kne kne; and (d) committed an indecent act against the victim on the side kne kne kne kbbbbbs of the victim who was seated in the next kne knebbbbbs; and (e)

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the stay of execution (the following grounds shall be considered in consideration of the amount of punishment):

Circumstances unfavorable to the sentencing of Article 16(2) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes committed by Order to Attend Course: The crime of indecent conduct has been committed twice in the same manner, and circumstances favorable to the victims have not been used by the victims: The victim suffers from alcohol dependence and sulfur disorder, and led to the instant crime in the course of treatment;

The circumstance of voluntary hospitalization for the treatment of the above symptoms and the defendant is against the first offender.
