A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At the time of each of the following crimes, the Defendant had weak ability to discern things or make decisions under the influence of alcohol.
1. On February 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against a victim, who is a child or juvenile, by holding a seat on the right side of the victim D (the 16-year old), seated on the back side of the said bus at around 17:30 on February 13, 2015, when the bus was on board a city bus No. C 98, and around that time, when the bus was in the inside and out-to-Eup of Pyeongtaek-si, the bus became out of the front line of the said bus.
2. On February 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) continued to board the said bus on or around 17:35 on February 13, 2015; (b) around the passage of the home flusing front road in Pyeongtaek-si; and (c) around that time, the Defendant took a seat on the side of the victim E (Woo, 31) seated on the right edge of the said bus; and (d) committed an indecent act by force by force against the victim by holding the victim’s buckbucks.

2. Determination:
A. According to the evidence duly adopted and investigated by this court, the following facts and circumstances are acknowledged.
(1) The victims are consistently and specifically stated by the investigative agency as follows with respect to the circumstances under which each of the instant damages was inflicted.
