The defendant is not guilty, and the summary of the judgment of innocence is publicly notified.

1. Summary of the facts charged

1. On January 2, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) written the “C, 402”, “D” in the name column, “E”, and “F” in the phone number column of the Daejeon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Seoul, 402; and (b) stamped the name of D prepared in advance.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a letter of free lease confirmation in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. On January 2013, the Defendant exercised the said investigation document by delivering a letter of free lease confirmation under the former’s name, as described in paragraph 1, to a public official who is not aware of the forgery, as if the document was duly formed, from among the Daejeon Metropolitan City, Daejeon Metropolitan City, which was located in 100, the center of the Seocho-gu, Daejeon.

According to the evidence adopted and examined by this court, the following facts are as follows: (i) although there is a high possibility that the DNA personal information of the free rental confirmation document is not written D; (ii) from May 2012, when the Defendant was residing in Daejeon Middle-gu, it is also unclear whether the Defendant’s written confirmation is written; (iii) from around January 26, 2012, when the Defendant filed a lawsuit against the Defendant against the Defendant, there is no monthly rent or deposit payment details between D and the Defendant from January 26, 2015; and (iv) the time when the Defendant filed the lawsuit as above, and the time when the Defendant filed the lawsuit against D with the labor office due to delayed payment of wages; (iv) the Defendant submitted a free rental confirmation document at the time of filing an application for the basic pension with the Gu office among Daejeon Metropolitan City on January 2, 2013; and (v) the free rental confirmation document contains the mobile phone number of D and thus, it can be immediately confirmed that the employee of the Gu office is leased.
