Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) connected the “PC room” and a car page of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, where his/her mobile phone address is unknown; (b) entered that he/she sold S6 when galloning on the bulletin board.

However, the above gallon does not have S6 and there was no intention to sell money from the injured party.

The defendant, who reported and contacted the above bulletin board C, pretended to sell S6 in the above gallon ju, received 2.10,000 won from the defendant's citizen bank account (D) to the defendant's citizen bank account. On the 10th of the same month, the defendant pretended to sell the Noon 4 in the above way, and received 3.70,000 won from the victim E as if he sold the Noon 50 in the above way on the 11th of the same month, and pretended to sell the Noon 50,000 won to the victim F, and G, respectively, as if he were to sell the Noon 5 in the above way on the gal juth day, the defendant acquired 2.88,00 won from the victim H and I, 2.90,000 won to the victim J, and 50,000 won to the defendant's bank as if he had sold the Noon 5 in the above way on the 14th of the same month.
