A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

The victim shall be entitled to no. 2 of seized evidence.

Punishment of the crime

2. A person who attempted to commit fraud against the victim E in collusion with the Defendant and his/her name in order to commit such fraud, and a person who was not injured by name in collusion with the victim E at around 11:30 on August 4, 2017 by telephone to the victim E.
