A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On March 8, 2018, the defendant received five million,000 won from the victim on the road in front of the Central High School, around 13:55, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with a person who is not a name but a victim, acquired 5 million won from the victim.

The Defendant from October 2, 2017 to the 678 Highest 2018, in collusion with the name infinites, a total book of the phishing organization, and the name infinites are the domestic victims in a foreign country.
