A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2016, the defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment for six months at the Incheon District Court for fraud, and is currently pending in the appellate trial.

2. On August 4, 2016, around 17:19, the Defendant against the victim E did not have the intent or ability to send the goods. The fact is to sell the vips gift certificates on the Internet’s first-class car page.

“To deliver 80,00 won to the victim F who reported and contacted,” vips merchandise coupons will be delivered if sent to the victim F.
