Punishment of the crime

1. At around 23:00 on February 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) while drinking the victim E and alcohol at the “D key store” located on the first floor of Manan-gu, Manan-gu, Manan-si; (b) then, the Defendant: (c) placed one copy of the victim’s market price owned by the victim, which is equivalent to KRW 1,017,000, and one of the modern cards located in the mobile phone case, on the part of the Defendant.

On February 6, 2014, around 00:50, the Defendant collected a stolen modern card, as referred to in paragraph (1), from a cash automatic machine managed by the victim electronic financial company of Korea, which was installed at a plaza near Gyeyang-dong 99-1, Gyeyang-gu, Ansan-si, Anyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, and withdrawn a total of KRW 1,100,000,000 for four occasions, by entering a password prior to being known.
3. From the beginning of November 2013, the Defendant, at the computer room of the “Korea Youth Counseling and Welfare Development Institute” located in the fourth floor of the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, 210 Hongjin Building, by taking advantage of the gaps in monitoring, put one of the victim F owned by the Defendant into a bank, and then cut off the Defendant’s three instances from around that time to December 2013, 2013, at the same six times as indicated in the list of crimes (1).
4. The Defendant, around 12:00 on December 27, 2013, was present at the victim H’s house located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government second floor.
