Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2010, the Defendant drafted a real estate lease agreement with the owner of the building F and the owner of the real estate who did not actually pay the lease deposit amount of KRW 5 million in order to operate the key point with the trade name “E” in the south-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building underground, Ulsan-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City.
