Defendant

A, while serving as professor of Suwon University from around August 1995 to March 2010, A, the former Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Environment, performed a national research and development task with respect to “E” ordered by the National Research and Development Technology Resource Development Project Foundation for the 21st century F&C under the joint support of the former Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Environment. In the course of the research, Defendant B, from around August 2005 to July 201, was a person who participated as a researcher of the aforementioned national research and development task, and G, the representative director of the H&A, the participating enterprise of the national research and development task for the said “E”.
