A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall pay 130,000 won to the applicant for compensation by fraud.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On March 14, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 11, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】 On November 1, 2018, the Defendant sent a false statement to the effect that “I want to purchase cultural gift certificates” posted by the victim F, by accessing the Internet D Ekbook in the Defendant’s residence in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and making a false statement to the effect that “I will send cultural gift certificates upon deposit of money.”

Around November 26, 2018, the Defendant reported the phrase “I wish to purchase any gift gift set” posted by the victim even though I did not have any intent or ability to send money from the victim H because I access to the Internet’s trading site for used goods and did not have any actual infant goods,” and falsely called “I will send 50,000 won to the victim’s door-to-door dispatch of the goods if I would return it to the victim,” and then I received 50,000 won from the victim to the I (J) account in the name of the Defendant as the price for the goods from around that time to December 4, 2018, and acquired it by remitting the total amount of KRW 456,00 won over six times as stated in [Attachment Table 2] from that time.

around November 10, 2018, the Defendant “2019 Highest 1327” issued a victim N's letter that “to purchase M-M game money” by accessing L located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City K to the Internet used goods transaction site E.
