Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a sub-management shop referred to as "D" in Daejeon Pungdong-gu C.

E (n, 23 years old) is the mother of the Defendant’s father F (n, 21 years old), and the Victim G (n, 44 years old) is the mother of the said E.

The Defendant thought that his father F lost his net mind by coming together with E, and H (Nam and 23 years of age) of his children did not have good appraisal for the victims, for this reason, E was not good.

At around 22:00 on July 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) perceived the victim I, who was in the Gama zone located in the Gamadong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, as E, a female of the victim I, who was in the Gama zone, sent a phone call to the victim I; and (b) threatened the victim I by saying, “I would be able to die and die”; (c) “I would be able to die”; and (d) “I would be able to die the fabbbro pl.”

2. 피고인은 2014. 7. 23. 23:58경 위 ‘D’에서 피해자 G에게 걸려온 전화를 받고 통화하던 중 위와 같은 이유로 화가 나 “죽여 버릴라, 그냥 야! 너 이리와”, “너 칼로 죽일래 뭘로 할래 ”, “야 시팔년아! 너 칼로 죽고 싶어, 뭘로 죽고 싶어 이년아”라고 말하여 피해자 G을 협박하였다.
