Punishment of the crime

around August 2016, the Defendant opened a visit from 409, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building D, his/her own place of residence, and opened telephone conversations, and when the victim C (the victim 60 years of age, south) residing in 411, who was living in the middle of telephone conversations, turns out the Defendant’s voice, and entered the victim’s room to close the victim’s visit, and turned out the victim’s body with his/her hands over four times the victim’s face with his/her hand.

3. 피고인은 2016. 10. 19. 09:00 경 위 1 항과 같은 고시 텔 4 층 부엌에서 자신이 가스레인지 위에 냄비를 올리고 가스 불을 켜 놓았는데, 피해자가 그 불을 껐다는 이유로 화가 나 손바닥으로 피해자의 얼굴을 5 차례 때렸다.
