A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant committed the following crimes under the state that the Defendant lacks the ability or decision-making ability to discern things due to stimulative disorder, stress disorder, alcohol dependence, depression, etc.:
1. On July 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 21:10 on July 3, 2014, at around Daejeon Dong-gu Daejeon apartment 206, discovered one bicycle set (on a market price of 800,000 won) from the victim D, who was in custody of the bicycle c apartment 206 c apartment, and cut off the locking device and drink it.
While the Defendant taken a cutting machine in his possession and brought it to the above bicycle locking device, he tried to cut it several times, the Defendant attempted to commit an attempted crime with the wind that was discovered by the victim who was in the vicinity of the bee and was arrested as a flagrant offender.
2. At around 03:00 on July 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) cut the door pipe in front of the right glass windows of GV parked by the victim F; (b) opened a door; (c) opened a door; and (d) opened a car with the victim’s test color (100,000 won at the market price); (d) one car screen (40,000 won at the market price); (e) one car screen box (250,000 won at the market price); and (e) one dog-computer computer (80,000 won at the market price); and (e) one square meter-meter (150,000 won at the market price) and one square meter (150,000 won at the market price) in front of the right glass of the GV parked by the victim; and (e) stolen property of another person through eight times, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
3. At around 03:20 on July 8, 2014, the quasi-Robbery Defendant: (a) opened a door by inserting 1,910 won per annum into the main machine by inserting a hand in front of the International Oil station located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon; (b) and (c) assaulted the victim by plucking, plucking, plucking, and breaking the victim’s hand with a view to evading arrest by breaking the witness.
