Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates a restaurant with the trade name of approximately 330 square meters in Daegu Dong-gu I, and Defendant B is a person who operates a restaurant with the trade name of approximately 320 square meters in Daegu Dong-gu, and Defendant C is a person who engages in livestock product distribution business with the trade name of “N” in Daegu-gu.

1. Crimes committed by Defendant A and C;

(a) No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking them of the defendant A shall place a false indication of origin or place a false indication of origin likely to cause confusion therewith;

Nevertheless, from October 6, 201 to May 18, 2013, the Defendant received Belgium, France, the bones of German acid, approximately 11,186 km, approximately 838 km of U.S. Soligs, and 2,008 km of U.S. Soviet, and prepared and sold all of them in Korea.

Accordingly, the Defendant expressed the origin of livestock products in a false manner.

B. During the period mentioned in the preceding paragraph, Defendant C received and cooked imported livestock products from the Defendant, and prepared them, and even with knowledge of the fact of selling them with the country of origin falsely marked, Defendant A purchased them with the country of origin, the Republic of Korea issued a normal transaction statement, and aided and abetted the Defendant A’s crime by facilitating the Defendant’s crime by not preparing a transaction statement.

2. Defendants B and C’s crimes

(a) No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking them shall place a false indication of origin or place a mark likely to cause confusion as to such products;

Nevertheless, from December 2010 to May 18, 2013, the Defendant was supplied with approximately 9,095.6 km of Belgium, France, and the bones of German acid, and prepared and sold it in Korea. From December 2010 to May 20, 2013, the Defendant was supplied with approximately 9,095 km of Belgium.
