Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2007, the Defendant was punished for a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Musk Driving) at the Busan District Court's Dong branch branch on April 30, 2007, and on February 22, 2011, by a fine of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime at the Busan District Court.

On March 24, 2014, at around 22:45, the Defendant, while drunk with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.145%, driven a lele-light vehicle from the section of approximately 800 meters to the front of the Jinyang apartment located in the Sindong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, from the vicinity of the Sindokin Kando Kando Kando Kando Kando.
