A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a business proprietor operating a game hall with a trade name called “C Gameland” on the first floor of the building of Ulsan-gu B, Ulsan-gu, and with a license for a general game producing business, setting up 60 “Yeng Pung-gu” and operating the game room.

No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from July 2016 to September 1, 2016, exchanged the tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of the game water by calculating them as KRW 10,00 per one won if the points that they acquired by using the game water exceed 10,000.
