A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

그럼에도 피고인은 2018. 2. 5. 경부터 같은 달 7. 경까지 동해시 B 건물, 지하 1 층 2호에서 ‘C 게임 장’ 을 운영하면서 ‘ 세 렝 게 티’ 게임 기 40대를 설치하고, 불특정 다수의 손님들이 위 게임 물의 이용을 통하여 획득한 점수를 1점 당 1원으로 계산하여 수수료 명목으로 10%를 공제한 나머지 금액을 환전하여 주었다.

As a result, the defendant had a business to exchange tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water.
