When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 4, 2020, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.17% from blood alcohol level on July 4, 2020, driven a car with CW at approximately 1 km from the front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around the Young Station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu.
