Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on October 28, 2012, the Defendant driven a B food car in the state of alcohol of 0.092% alcohol concentration from the area near Yeongdeungpopo Station located in Yeongdeungpopo-gu Seoul to approximately 500 meters from the area near Yeongdeungpopo-gu to about 14.
