1. The defendant's ground of appeal citing the judgment of the court of first instance is not significantly different from the argument in the court of first instance, and the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are justified even if the evidence submitted to the court of first instance was presented to this court.

Therefore, the reasoning of this court is that the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, in addition to using "members" in the fourth part of the judgment of the court of first instance as "members". Thus, this court cited it as it is in accordance with Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case should be accepted for reasons.

The judgment of the court of first instance is just in its conclusion, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
