1. The defendant's grounds for appeal citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and the evidence submitted in the court of first instance is deemed legitimate even if the evidence submitted in the court of first instance was presented to this court.

Therefore, the reasoning of this court concerning this case is that the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept this as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case should be accepted for reasons.

The judgment of the court of first instance is just in its conclusion, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
