A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has taken over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said automobile without justifiable grounds despite having received CM520 automobiles from B around December 2010.

2. The defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall not operate any motor vehicle on the road, which is a holder of a motor vehicle under obligation insurance and has not been subscribed to mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, on January 22, 2013, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance from the 88 local roads located in the New Year's Office in Youngcheon-gun, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do.

3. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing) is a person who is engaged in driving a passenger car in CM520.
