1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is a clan comprised of descendants of C29 years of age D, who is the descendants of the parties.

D's descendants were 30 years of age E and F, and F was 31 years of age with F's descendants, G, H, I, J (Nam), K, L, and M. The defendant was the descendants of the plaintiff clan adopted by the children of the aboveJ.

B. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1), D completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 21, 1974, and D completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 4, 1983, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on October 21, 1974 by reason of inheritance as of October 21, 1974 under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Ownership Transfer of Real Estate (Act No. 3562). 2) The F completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 22, 1926, and the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 29, 1995 under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 4502) on October 20, 1980.

3) As to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 3, F, upon its assessment on May 22, 1926, completed the registration of ownership preservation, and L, upon completion of the registration of ownership transfer on September 19, 1960. The Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on the same date on February 27, 2004. (4) As to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 4, F, on May 22, 1926, completed the registration of ownership preservation upon the assessment of N on May 22, 1926.

On July 18, 1974, the above real estate was divided into the real estate listed in paragraph (4) of the attached list, and the defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer for reasons of sale as of October 8, 1974 under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3094) with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph (4) of the attached list on October 13, 1979.
