1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Each land listed in paragraphs (1) and (3) of the attached list 1) Defendant B shall be the land listed in paragraph (1) of the attached list 1 (hereinafter “instant land”).

(3) On September 23, 1971, the registration of preservation of ownership was completed under the old Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Forest Land (Act No. 2111 of May 21, 1969) by the Daegu District Court No. 12132 of Sep. 23, 1971, and the land listed in paragraph (3) of the attached Table (hereinafter “third land of this case”).

2) On May 3, 1973, I completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the land No. 2 in Daegu District Court No. 5337, Mar. 15, 1984, such as Ansan-dong Branch, etc., which was received on March 15, 1984. 3) Defendant G completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the land No. 2 in Daegu District Court No. 2 as of Sep. 25, 1996 as of Nov. 2, 1996, for inheritance due to consultation and division.
