A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2018 Highest 1311] On July 22, 2018, the Defendant driven B K5 car under the influence of alcohol content 0.108% at approximately 5km from the front of the mutual influence store in Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si to the entrance of the Ansan-si Do-Eup at Ansan-si.

[2018 Highest 1508] On March 2, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 7 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the support of the Daejeon District Court of Daejeon District on March 2, 2012. On August 8, 2018, the Defendant was not detained due to the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Suwon District Court of Suwon District on August 8, 2018, and is currently pending trial.

On July 23, 2018, at around 03:06, the Defendant driven B K5 cars while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.176% from the section in an insular section to the roads of “D station” in the same city as “D station” in the same city.

[2018 Highest 1885] On March 2, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 7 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the support of the Daejeon District Court of Daejeon District on March 2, 2012, and on August 8, 2018, the Defendant was not detained due to the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Suwon District Court of Suwon Branch on August 8, 2018, and is currently pending trial.

On October 29, 2018, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven approximately 3 meters of BK5 vehicles while under the influence of alcohol 0.151% while under the influence of alcohol 0.151% without obtaining a driver’s license.
