A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On March 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Southern District Court on March 20, 2015, and on December 16, 2016, the said court was sentenced to five months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 2, 2017, and the said suspended sentence was terminated on August 26, 2017, and the execution of the said sentence was completed at the Seoul Southern District Court on August 26, 2017, and the lower court was charged with a violation of Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoul Southern District Court on February 27, 2019”).

On February 2, 2019, the Defendant, as a person who was punished for drunk driving, driven a Drocketing car at approximately 5 km from the Seoul Mapo-gu to the front road of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.092% without obtaining a driver’s license on February 2, 2019.

On January 20, 2019, the Defendant, at around 21:20 on January 20, 2019, driven a DNA EF store under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.170% from approximately 600 meters to the roads near Pyeongtaek-si coal station in Pyeongtaek-si.
