The defendant shall pay 100,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 12, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. The fact that the Defendant agreed to pay KRW 100 million to the Plaintiff on April 2, 2018 does not conflict between the parties, or that the Defendant’s statement in the evidence No. 1 can be acknowledged by comprehensively taking into account the purport of the entire pleadings.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff delayed damages at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Lawsuit from June 12, 2020 to the date of full payment, after serving a copy of the complaint of this case with KRW 100 million on the plaintiff.

3. The plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
