1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from December 13, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the plaintiff loaned KRW 100 million to the defendant on September 16, 201 and November 15, 2011. The defendant agreed to pay the above borrowed money on August 20, 2012 by September 30, 2012. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above borrowed money KRW 100 million and delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from December 13, 2014 to the day of full payment as requested by the plaintiff. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
