1. Basic facts

2. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. According to the facts as seen earlier prior to the grounds for the liability for damages, the Defendant, the insurer of the instant vehicle, is obligated to compensate the Plaintiff for the damages incurred by the Plaintiff due to the instant traffic accident.
